PRIME 360 Pipe Inspection Camera

The PRIME 360 pipe inspection camera is a professional inspection system designed for inspecting pipes from 2″ to 14″ (50–350 mm) in diameter. It is ideal for sewer lines, drains, and other pipelines where detailed visual inspection is required.

Its main feature is the 360° rotating camera head, with a compact 35 mm diameter, allowing the camera to rotate fully inside the pipe and provide a complete view of the surrounding pipe walls. This makes it easier to identify cracks, breaks, leaks, blockages, hidden manholes, connections, and other pipe defects during an inspection.

The PRIME 360 features a 13.3″ HD touchscreen monitor with a 1920 × 1080 resolution, providing a clear and detailed image during inspections. The system can record video and take photographs, including capturing still images while recording, making it easy to document inspections and create professional inspection reports.

A keyboard is included for entering text, notes, and inspection information in real time. This allows operators to add relevant details directly during the inspection and keep an accurate record of identified issues.

The system includes 164 ft (50 m) of push cable with a built-in distance counter, which displays the amount of cable deployed during the inspection. The counter can be reset to zero, making it possible to measure individual sections of pipe and accurately determine the distance to a specific defect or point of interest.

The camera head also features a 512 Hz sonde transmitter, allowing the camera’s position to be accurately located from above ground. It is compatible with our RB512PRO locator, providing a complete solution for locating hidden manholes, pipe connections, breaks, and other points of interest.

The PRIME 360 includes zoom and brightness controls, allowing the image to be adjusted according to the inspection conditions. The system also features the Inspection SYS control app for convenient operation of the inspection equipment.

The camera comes with a battery charger and provides approximately 10 hours of continuous operating time, making it suitable for extended inspection work.

A set of skids for different pipe diameters is included, allowing the camera head to be properly centered inside the pipe for different applications and helping provide a stable, clear image throughout the inspection.
